We are Holistic Movement, founded by Tamara & Dave.
Based in Colonia de sant Jordi, Mallorca, we saw a need for a supportive, all-in-one space where exercise felt accessible, not intimidating.
We combine the precise, functional benefits of Pilates Reformer with one-on-one Personal Training and Sports Massage so that you have access to a variety of different types of exercise and treatments.
Our goal is to meet you where you are and guide you, step-by-step, toward your strongest, healthiest self through a genuinely holistic journey.
